Wells Fargo Advisors Launches Client Dashboard, Helping Advisors Hold Meaningful Conversations
New one-click technology puts client data advisors need right at their fingertips
St. Louis, June 22, 2016 - Wells Fargo Advisors today announced the launch of Client Dashboard, a new advisor application that consolidates multiple practice-management tools into one spot for advisors needing an immediate snapshot of each client household the moment a client calls.
“Client Dashboard serves as a starting point for advisors looking to save time, identify information and opportunities and take action on behalf of their clients,” said Warren Terry, managing director of FA Platform, Innovation & Strategy in Wells Fargo Advisors. “We want to give our advisors as much upfront information about a client as possible.”
The platform, deployed this month to more than 15,000 Wells Fargo financial advisors through their desktops, makes it easier for financial advisors to help clients manage their accounts.
Client Dashboard, a SmartStation® application developed in-house with input from more than 300 financial advisors and associates, is the latest in a series of investments — including Envision® Plan to Pie℠, Smart2Go and Income Center— designed to strengthen relationships between financial advisors and their clients through technology.
Key features of the tool include:
- In-depth household information for managing client relationships, detailing personal preferences and financial interests as well as family relationships, hobbies, and birthdays and anniversaries.
- Account information, assets and liabilities and plan performance with the ability to drill down into deeper data.
- Advanced search and filtering functions, enabling advisors to sift through their books of business for action items and opportunities.
- New notes, tasks and calendar buttons for documenting client interactions and tasks.
- Secure emailing functions, plus the ability to view their clients’ online brokerage account view during phone calls.
